OFFICIAL RULES

1. Promotion Name

Hemp Supply Prime Hemp Game Show Campaign (the "Promotion").

2. Sponsor

Hemp Supply Prime, 516 D River Hwy #351 Mooresville, NC 28115 ("Sponsor").

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins May 18, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM ET on June 30, 2026. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

4. Eligibility

The Promotion is open only to:

  • Legal businesses operating in eligible U.S. states (see Section 12 for state restrictions).
  • Participants who hold a valid business license and are enrolled in or approved with a wholesale account with Hemp Supply Prime at the time of entry.
  • Participants who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Participants who are not employees, officers, directors, agents, or representatives of Hemp Supply Prime, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, or immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child) or household members of the foregoing.

NOTE: This promotion is intended solely for qualified wholesale buyers (B2B). Retail consumers are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify wholesale account status before awarding any prize.

5. How to Enter

5A. Free Digital Spin (No Purchase Necessary)

To receive one (1) complimentary spin of the digital prize wheel:

  1. Visit hempsupplyprime.com/hemp-gameshow during the Promotion Period.
  2. Complete the entry form with your name, business name, business email address, and phone number.
  3. Submit the form and use your free spin. The complimentary spin is available once per eligible business per Promotion Period.


5B. Golden Ticket Entries (Purchase Required)

To receive additional Golden Ticket entries into the Grand Prize Drawing:

  1. Place a qualifying wholesale purchase through Hemp Supply Prime during the Promotion Period.
  2. Each qualifying order generates Golden Ticket entries as described in current promotional offer materials. Entry quantities are subject to change; see the landing page for current offer details.
  3. Entries are automatically applied to your wholesale account upon order confirmation.


No Purchase Necessary Statement:

A purchase or payment does not improve your chances of winning the Grand Prize Drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.


6. Prizes

Grand Prize, Golden Ticket Drawing (July 1, 2026)

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible Golden Ticket entries. The Grand Prize is “$10,000, in Hemp Supply Prime product credit". 


Instant Spin Prizes

Participants who complete the free spin may receive instant prize awards as displayed on the prize wheel. Prizes may include product discounts, promotional credits, or other offers at Sponsor's discretion. ARV of instant prizes varies; see wheel display for current prize descriptions.


Total ARV of all prizes: 

  • Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Product credit prizes are redeemable only toward Hemp Supply Prime wholesale purchases, subject to product availability.
  • No prize substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
  • Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes. A Form 1099 may be issued for prizes valued at $600 or more per applicable IRS regulations.


7. Drawing and Winner Selection

The Grand Prize Drawing will be conducted on or about July 1, 2026 by a representative of Hemp Supply Prime from all eligible Golden Ticket entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. The drawing is not open to the public.


The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) business days, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.


8. Winner Verification and Affidavit

The potential Grand Prize winner may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where permitted) Publicity Release within ten (10) days of notification. Failure to return the required documentation within the specified time, or if a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

By providing a phone number in connection with this Promotion, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Hemp Supply Prime at the mobile number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase or entry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. 10. General Conditions

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  • Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual or business tampering with the entry process or otherwise acting in violation of these Official Rules.
  • Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws.
  • Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
  • All decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.


11. Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be responsible or liable for: (a) entries that are lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected; (b) technical failures of any kind; (c) unauthorized human intervention; (d) errors in the administration of the Promotion; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property. Sponsor's total liability shall not exceed the ARV of the applicable prize.


12. State Restrictions and Eligibility

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Due to varying state hemp and THC advertising regulations, the Promotion is not available to residents or businesses operating in the following states:


New York, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Arkansas, Colorado, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Vermont, Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Mississippi, Ohio, and Virginia.

Florida Notice: 

No purchase is necessary. Buying does not improve your chances of winning. This promotion is subject to the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.

13. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Mooresville, North Carolina.


14. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at hempsupplyprime.com/privacy-policy. By participating, entrants consent to Sponsor's use of their information as described therein.
